Returns and Warranty
We hope you are completely satisfied with your Spy-Fy products. If you change your mind regarding your order for any reason, we will happily help you in find a suitable solution. We offer a 180 day return period on all of our products. Before placing an order and returning any products, please make sure that you have read our Return Policy outlined below. If any items are returned that do not meet our return policy conditions the customer will be notified and the payment will not be refunded.
Return Policy
- Product(s) must be returned within 180 days of receiving the order
- The customer must return the product(s) in the same condition as it was received (new and unused*). Where possible, please also keep the packaging in tact.

In the unlikely event that the customer receives a damaged or defect product(s), the customer must return the product(s) and will;
(1) receive a new order of the product(s) free of charge
or
(2) be refunded the product price and both shipment costs. - Spy-Fy is not liable for the loss of product(s) being returned. We encourage you to return your product(s) via registered or traceable postal services and take not of your tracking number.
*Spyslide® Webcam Cover- Opened packaging and/or used but not satisfied?
If your Spyslide Webcam Cover does not function as you expected it to, or you have had issues with the application on your laptop, please get in touch with us via info@spy-fy.com and let us know how we can help. If the Spyslide’s are defect, we will send you a new order immediately.
How to Return your Product(s)
- Send an email to info@spy-fy.com with your order number, the product(s) you would like to return and the reason for requesting a return.
- After receiving a response to your return email, send back your returned product(s) using a tracked shipping method
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the applicable balance back to your original payment method.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
Our distribution centres starts processing orders within 2 business days after they have been placed. We cannot guarantee that your requested changes can be made to your order prior to shipment, but we will do our best to make necessary adjustments if we are notified on time. Please request any changes to your order as soon as possible by sending an email to info@spy-fy.com. Most orders can be adjusted as long as they have not yet been shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to your order and unable to cancel it. In this case, you will have to receive the order, return it and place a new order. Shipping costs will be at the customers expense.
