Shipping & Delivery Information
Our Shipment and Fulfilment Process
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-4 working days. We work with local carriers and distribution centers to ensure that your shipment and delivery is processed as smooth as possible. To reduce delivery times, we ship from distribution centers in the US, Germany and The Netherlands, depending on your order and country. If your order has been shipped with tracking, you will receive a tracking email from the carrier.
**Note: due to COVID-19 ALL postal services are extremely busy. Delivery times can vary and take longer than usual. Please understand that this is out of our control but we will do our best to assist you further**
Delivery Times (without tracking)
For orders shipped without tracking, mainly orders shipped by regular mail, you can expect the following estimated delivery times:
The Netherlands: 1-3 working days
Germany: 1-5 working days
Rest of Europe: 2-10 working days
USA: 5-15 working days
Rest of World: 10-20 working days
If you did not receive your order within the given time we kindly ask you to give the carrier some extra time to deliver your order. Almost all postal services are extremely busy, especially in the current time we live in.
Delivery Times (with tracking)
For orders shipped with tracking, we strongly advise you to wait for- and refer to your tracking number for the most accurate information on your order status. Once your tracked order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with this tracking information. You may refer to the estimated delivery times stated above as a rough indication for tracked orders as well, however, this is dependent on the courier and local postal services.

Refunding Shipment Costs
Please note that shipment costs are non-refundable, with the exception of the following circumstances:
You have received the wrong product
You have received a defect product
Shipment costs are not refunded in cases of delivery delays.
